When do we deliver?

Your products will be delivered during the time slot which you choose at the time of placing the order. At the time of checkout while placing an order online, you will be provided with option for choosing delivery date and Time.

Is there any minimum order value?

No, There is no minimum order value. How ever there is applicable delivery charge for the orders below 150/-. The delivery charge will be automatically added to your bill while you are on checkout. 

What if I’m not available at the delivery time.?

Don’t Worry. Our delivery partner will try to reach you on your registered mobile number. Then you can reschedule it at your convenience.

Can I change my order or Edit it once it is placed?

In case you wish to order some additional products, you can always proceed placing a new order. But , Incase to modify the order feel free to contact customer care number. They will do it for you.

How do I reset my password?

If you forget your password, you can click on forgotten password on login page. Then you will be asked to enter your registered email. Then you will receive a password reset link to your email. By using that link you can reset your password. Remember no employee of One Corner will ask you any OTP. If any asks, Please contact customer care immediately and don’t share any OTP.
 
What is wallet ?

Wallet is which you can use to pay your orders easily. By recharging the wallet, you can get balance to your wallet and you can use it to pay for your orders. Your reward points also will be added to your wallet.

What are the different payment methods I can use?
You can pay for your order using the following modes of payment:
a. Cash on delivery (COD)
b. Credit and debit cards (VISA / Mastercard / Rupay)
c. Any UPI

You can also pay at the time of the delivery by using all the above payment methods.
