1. Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver within the operational areas listed on our website. You can check service availability in your area by contacting our customer care easily..
Note: If we are not yet servicing your location, stay tuned – we are expanding rapidly!
2. Delivery Timings
Standard Delivery Hours: 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM (All days of the week)
Same-Day Delivery: Orders placed before 12:00 PM are usually eligible for same-day delivery, subject to product availability and order volume.
Next-Day Delivery: Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be delivered the following day.
We strive to deliver your order in the preferred time slot chosen at checkout. In rare cases, due to weather, traffic, or operational issues, delays may occur. We will keep you informed in such situations.
3. Delivery Charges
Order Value (₹) Delivery Fee Below ₹499 Free Delivery ₹499 – ₹999 Free Delivery Above ₹999 Free Delivery Note: Delivery charges (if applicable) are clearly displayed at checkout before payment. Currently We are don’t charge for Delivery.
4. Shipping of Non-Veg & Perishables
We take special care in delivering perishable items such as meat, fish, and dairy. These products are:
Packed in temperature-controlled containers
Delivered using hygienic and sanitized protocols
Not eligible for long-distance or inter-city shipping
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, we will attempt a re-delivery based on feasibility. Refunds/replacement for perishables will not be processed due to missed deliveries.

Track your order status from your account dashboard or via SMS/WhatsApp updates.

7. Shipping Restrictions
We do not deliver to PO Boxes or military bases.
Alcohol, tobacco, and restricted items are not available for online sale or deliver.
8. Order Cancellations & Rescheduling
You can cancel or reschedule your order up to 2 hours before your selected delivery slot.
Once the order is dispatched, cancellations are not permitted.
Refunds (if applicable) are processed as per our Refund Policy.
