Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

If the order has already been shipped, you may need to follow our Return & Refund Policy after receiving the item, if eligible.

Refunds for approved cancellations will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
